We address technical issues as quickly as possible after they are reported. Emails to the BASIX help desk are looked after by the Service NSW call centre 24 hours 7 days a week. Please provide as much relevant detail as possible in your email so that call centre staff can identify the most appropriate way to respond to your query.
To help us respond, please ensure your email contains:
- your name
- for registered BASIX users, your BASIX login username
- for project-specific queries, the project name (as appearing in your project portfolio)
- if you have a BASIX certificate, the number shown on the front of the certificate
- the best phone number to contact you on.
Enquiries that require the technical assistance of a BASIX customer support officer will be escalated to the support team for action during normal business hours, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm.
